The Soilblockline model GERMA GCS 400 is a machine with mechanical and pneumatic working with electronic management of the different working cycles.
To make the machine completely automated, it could be combined with variuos accessories, but mainly it is made by:

● Batching and mixing peat tank with electronic control of input water
● Feeding peat conveyor belt from mixing tank to working line
● Pressing and cutting blocks head with regulation of speed and height
   of the block
● Seeding roller head for pelleted or coated seed with box holder for
   seeds and vacuum pump
● Trolley for drawing die blocks from feed ribbon to the plastic tray
● Trasportation ribbon with trays destacker, dispenser of sand and
   unloading belt.
