Washing and treatment tank mod. GVL 500
 

The washing tank for trays mod. GVL500 consist of a structure completely in hot-galvanized steel and is designed for washing rigid trays, boxes (in polystirene, PVC, polypropilene) of maximum dimensions 700 x 400 x 400 mm.
Trays are placed manually or automatically through a pneumatic destacker (optional) in horizontal position on sliding cross-beams. The trays are been conveyed from a double chainwith springs with adjustable speed through mechanical variable- speed unit.
The trays inside the tank are been cleaned with 10 nozzles, 6 rotating nozzles and 4 fixed nozzles, positioned for washing the trays in every part.
The nozzles are feeded at maximum 15 Bar by a pump with control of pressure through an apposite manual regulator.
The washing water is recycled and it is been filtered by an apposite stainless steel filter inspectionable from outside through an hatch with manual opening. The water is been changed every 6/8 working hours; the washing tank is provided by a water loading connection, two discharges for drainage and an exit for always full.
After washing there is an air ventilator for drying the trays in exit.
Treatment is been carried out on trays in exit from the washing tank through four fixed nozzles positioned on an apposite treatment tank in stainless steel. The nozzles are feeded by a centrifugal pump that takes the disinfectant from a stainless steel box and sprayes it on the trays.
The excessive disinfectant is been recovered on the same box. Then this box is used for accumulation and storage too.
The washing tank is provided of wheels for small travels when the tank is empty. It is provided of stabilizers necessary when the tank is full or when the machine is working.
The machine is provided of main frame members for movements with fork-lift.
All the electric drives are positioned on a tight panel.
The GVL500 is in compliance with directives 89/392 EEC, 91/368 EEC and 93/68 EEC.
