The
multiconveyor line for transplanting and grafting
model G/NAT is a working line and made of 4
overlapped conveyors: two for loading of trays with
plants for transplanting and grafting, one for
unloading trays with transplanted and grafted plants,
one of unloading empty trays.
On one side of the line, there are twenty working
tables with two working position for every table.
The multiconveyor line for transplanting and
grafting is composed as following:
● Conveyor belts with width of 410 millimiters and
with adjustable speed
● Working tables, everyone with dimensions
1400 x 800 millimiters
● Neon of lighting system for every working
tables
● Manual starting of the loading belts from
working tables
● Electric drive and control panel
It is in
compliance with directives 89/392 EEC, 91/368 EEC,
93/68 EEC
