Thanks to the transverse feeding system of the tray and the output, the pneumatic roller seeder model GS1000 is suitable for a large size enterprise.
The seeding line cosist of the following:

● Hot-galvanised filler with sotage tank with speed regulation by means of inverter
● Rake and box vibrator situated insiede the filler
● Peat presser with double blades to level out the peat in the container
● Filled container cleaning brushes
● Marker roller with aluminium punches
● Stainless steel humidifier before seeding
● Seeding roller designed for seed with or without husk
● Vermiculite dispenser with batch regulation
● Agriperlite dispenser with batch regulation (on request)
● Sand dispenser with batch regulation (on request)
● Final stainless steel humidifier with pressure regulation
● Final pneumatic container stacker with storage conveyor belt

The average output of the seeding line model GS1000 is from 1000 to 1800 trays/hour and it is in compliance with directives 89/392 EEC, 91/368 EEC, 93/68 EEC.
